If your polaroid picture(s) are blurry or too dark and DID NOT ask a staff member about a retake OR left the venue, you no longer qualify for a retake or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 Cancellation for an existing order made on JNBCANADA.COM can only be done if REQUESTED within 72 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact TICKETREFUND@GMAIL.COM with the email connected to your tickets account used to place your order.

Failure to contact TICKETREFUND@GMAIL.COM within 72 hours of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation.
