Q: What is the limit on purchasing tickets per person?
A: It depends on the ticket, here is the guide:
*PLATINUM - 2 tickets / VVIP - 2 tickets
*SNAPSHOT - Standard PACKAGE (5 SNAPSHOTS): 5 tickets per city
*SNAPSHOT - Standard: 5 tickets per city per member
*SNAPSHOT - Premium PACKAGE (5 SNAPSHOTS): 5 tickets per city
*SNAPSHOT - Premium: 5 tickets per city per member
*Selfie: 1 ticket per city
Q: Can I choose the fan chat member for the platinum ticket?
A: Yes, when purchasing the PLATINUM ticket, you will choose which member you want the Fanchat with.
Q: Are PLATINUM and VVIP tickets « first-come first-serve» ?
A: No they aren’t. When purchasing your PLATINUM or VVIP ticket, you will get a queue number. At the venue, you will be lined up in queue number order. (ex; You are ticket queue number 27, you will be the 27th in the lineup for your tier.) Please note that VVIP ticket holders enter after PLATINUM ticket holders.
Q: Do General Admission tickets have a queue number?
A: No they don’t. Unlike PLATINUM and VVIP tickets, General Admission tickets do not have a queue number. Note that General Admission ticket holders will enter the venue after PLATINUM and VVIP ticket holders.
Q:What if I exceed the number of snapshot tickets permitted to purchase per member/per city? (ex: more than 5 premium snapshots per member, more than 5 Premium Snapshots Packages per city)
A: If you purchase more than the allowed limit, your tickets will be canceled and you will be escorted out of the venue. If you accidentally purchased too many tickets, you may request a refund within 24 hours after purchase. However, refunds will not be processed for requests made after the 24-hour period.
Q: What is the difference between "Fanchat" and "Fansign"?
A: The "Fanchat" (included in the PLATINUM TICKET) consists of chatting for 60 seconds with one member of OnlyOneOf and getting a photocard or an album signed with the format « To: *your name* ». The "Fansign" (included in the PLATINUM and the VVIP TICKET) consists of walking down the table where all members of OnlyOneOf are sitting down and you get an autograph from all members. Please note that for the "Fansign", you can only get the front page of an album signed.
Q: As a PLATINUM/VVIP ticket holder, does my General Admission ticket queue number matter?
A: No. As mentioned in our posts, you absolutely need to buy a General Admission ticket in addition to your PLATINUM/VVIP ticket. When you buy a PLATINUM/VVIP ticket, the queue number on THAT ticket is important. The one on your General Admission is not relevant. .
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A: It depends on the ticket, here is a guide:
PLATINUM TICKETS : no transfer possible
VVIP TICKETS : no transfer possible
SNAPSHOT TICKETS (Packages or single snapshot) : transfer IS possible
SELFIE TICKET : transfer IS possible
Please note that for PLATINUM and VVIP tickets, the person who purchased the ticket needs to check in personally.

A: YES if you are bringing their albums/photocard. You can also get exclusive merch and albums or photocards during the Fansign.
Q: Will I be able to take pictures/videos during the Fanchat/Fansign?
A: We would like to ask all of the attendees to keep cameras off at all times during the Fanchat and Fansign, even while waiting for their turn.
Q: How do I ask for a refund?
A: To ask for a refund, simply send an email to this address: « jnbcanada2022@gmail.com » with the following information:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- The email which you purchased your tickets with
- Your ticket number (different from the order number)
- Specify which items you wish to have refunded (ex: your order contains 1 PLATINUM ticket and 2 Snapshot tickets but you only want to get the snapshots refunded) Note: This applies to any type of ticket, not just Snapshot tickets.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE AND CANNOT BE PROCESSED AFTER THAT PERIOD.
Q: What if I buy one for me and one for my friend?
A: You can buy it for a friend or acquaintance as long as they enter with you, at the same time as you. Once again, note that the purchaser of the ticket must check in in person at the desk.
What if I bought a ticket from someone else other than the official JNB website and I want a refund?
A: Refunds can only be processed if the original ticket purchaser requests it. If you did not purchase the ticket directly, you will need to reach out to the person who sold you the ticket and ask them to send the refund request. Please note, as mentioned above, that refunds are only eligible within 24 hours of the original purchase.
A: If you choose to take your PREMIUM snapshot with your cellphone or you have a selfie ticket, here are some things to know!.
- Make sure your cellphone has enough battery
- Make sure your cellphone has enough storage
- When it’s time to take your selfie/PREMIUM Snapshot, you give your cellphone to the staff responsible to take the picture. After the picture is taken, they will give it back to you.
Q: Anything else that I should know about the event?
A: We are thrilled to have you at the event! Keep in mind that we ask all attendees to be respectful to the artists and staff at all times. Inappropriate behaviors such as invasion of artists’ personal space or aggressive attitude towards the artists or our staff may result in cancellation of the ticket and you may be escorted out of the venue.
