If your polaroid picture(s) are blurry or too dark and YOU DID NOT ask a staff member about a retake OR left the venue, you no longer qualify for a retake or refund.

Snapshot Tickets are limited for purchasers for each tour. For example, fans can only purchase 5 snapshot tickets per member per city. 

If you are CAUGHT breaking policy, your snapshot tickets are NOT REDEEMABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE.
