If your polaroid picture(s) are blurry or too dark and DID NOT ask a staff member about a retake OR left the venue, you no longer qualify for a retake or refund.

Snapshot Tickets are limited for purchasers for each tour. For example, fans can only purchase 5 snapshot tickets per member per city.Can only be used in the city where it was purchased. 

If you are CAUGHT breaking policy, your snapshot tickets are NOT REDEEMABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE.
